Job description

  • Execute end-to-end and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for SuccessFactors implementations and related HR integrations.
  • Support business and participate actively in the definition and documentation of an exhaustive list of test scenarios, covering all relevant domains.
  • Validate end-to-end HR processes including Core HR, Position Management, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management, Time Management, Payroll integrations, reporting, and analytics.
  • Ensure SAP localisations and Belgium-specific HR, payroll, tax, and compliance requirements are fully covered during testing activities.
  • Perform data validation activities, including employee master data validation, interface reconciliation, reporting consistency checks, and migration verification.
  • Validate integrations and data flows between SuccessFactors, SAP HR local systems, payroll, time management, and downstream applications.
  • Coordinate testing activities with business users, process owners, technical teams, integration teams, and external vendors.
  • Monitor testing progress, formalize & document status reports on a proactive & recurrent basis, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively escalate issues when needed.
  • Support integration testing, regression testing, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Provide clear communication to project management and key stakeholders.

Profile

  • Proven experience as a test consultannt within SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Experience working in integrated SAP HR / SuccessFactors landscapes is considered a strong asset.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes across Core HR and Soft HR domains, including position management, payroll, time management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong experience with end-to-end business process testing in integrated HR environments.
  • Hands-on experience with data validation, reconciliation testing, reporting validation, and interface testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to think outside the box and design/execute test scenarios that go beyond the basic scope
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective test scenarios and business validation criteria.
  • Application of a strong and independent work methodology to structure evolution, results and status of the testing
  • Comfortable interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French sufficient to participate in functional discussions with business stakeholders

The consultant will play a key role in executing all relevant testing activities needed to ensure the quality, compliance, payroll accuracy, and business readiness of the implemented HR solution.
