USG Professionals is looking for a Business Process Analyst for our client in the Brussels region. This role is open both to USG Project Consultants and Freelancers! Context: The Intermediary Administration team is, in theory, end-to-end responsible for the processes within their domain. In practice, however, E2E processes are unclear, undocumented, uncoordinated, and not monitored. Therefore, we are looking for a consultant who can map out the current processes and drive optimization. Responsibilities: Mapping of AS-IS processes:

  • Aligning with various stakeholders (sales and internal departments)
  • Documenting and describing current processes
  1. Defining the desired outcomes and objectives for each process
  2. Identifying all activities within the processes
  3. Defining roles and responsibilities of all involved parties
  4. Mapping performance monitoring and quality checks
  5. Documenting links with IT systems (e.g., AR and others)
  6. Analyzing data per process
  • Identifying pain points and risks
  • Proposing and implementing process improvements:
  • Supporting the Team Leader in communicating defined processes, roles, and responsibilities to relevant stakeholders
  • Assisting the Team Leader and the team in setting up daily operational workflows (e.g., backlog management)

Profil

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in process optimization and in leading/organizing process documentation and improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze and improve complex processes within a complex environment (organizational and system-related)

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in effectively communicating process information to various stakeholders

Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to identify pain points and risks, and to implement practical solutions

Collaboration-Focused:

  • Capable of working effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Proactive and results-driven
  • Detail-oriented and precise
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
