Relationship Manager - Brussels

You will have a administrative, legal and coordinating role in supporting the Relationship Manager(s) in all types of transaction work such as: mail forwarding to clients; management of legal entities, client acceptance, etc…
You are responsible for assistance with the drafting of company documents  such as approval of the accounts, changes of directors/managers, changes of the company address, keeping the shareholder’s registers up to date as well as all regulatory aspects of these operations (publications, filings, ….);
You will maintain a database including the due dates for the annual shareholder’s meetings of the companies managed by the client.
You will prepare the client acceptance files together with the Relationship Manager(s);
You will have contacts with team members within the company (wordwide) and with clients, notaries, banks, lawyers and other professional intermediaries with the purpose to manage the transactions conducted as from our client.

The Belgian office, located in Brussels, is looking for a legal/paralegal interested or specialized in corporate law


  • You have obtained a Bachelor or Master in Law or a Bachelor in Office Management;
  • You have an strong interest in corporate law, an earlier professional experience in a tax/legal consulting firm or law office is considered an asset;
  • You are particularly keen to work in a pro-active and entrepreneurial environment focused on corporate and tax law;
  • You communicate easily and you have a very good personnel contact with both clients and third parties;
  • You are analytical and well organized
  • You are detail oriented, accurate and discrete;
  • You are driven, motivated and service-minded
  • You are fluent in French, Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
  • You have a good knowledge of MS-Office applications.
