Job description

The Business Analyst optimizes business value by analyzing and designing insights, concepts, and solutions for existing and future challenges or business needs. They present opportunities for improvement and act as a bridge between the business and technical teams. Responsibilities: Analyze business needs, challenges, and questions. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze their impact on processes, organization, customer experience, and systems. Determine and facilitate solution direction. Work with architects and technical teams to examine possible solutions and their impact on the organization, customer experience, costs, and processes. Document chosen solutions, ensuring quality and legal compliance. Explain these to technical teams for implementation and align with business stakeholders. Determine acceptance criteria and guide stakeholders in carrying out required actions, including testing solutions. Act as a point of contact and domain expert for internal stakeholders and external partners. Manage consistent documentation for the business domain. Provide factual and statistical information to support operational and strategic decision-making.  

Profile

Requirements & Qualifications: Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Engineering degree. 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English; Dutch and/or French is an asset. Must have skills: Strong knowledge of the company's strategy and business domain. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving approach. Technical (or IT) affinity and experience. Relevant experience with process modeling, management, and documentation. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of industry best practices and market standards. Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Engineering degree. 5 years of relevant experience. Nice to have skills: Knowledge of HFC, ftth Experience with an agile working environment.
