USG Professionals is looking for a Junior User Identity and Access Management Specialist for our client in the region of Brussels. This can be both as a USG Project Consultant or on a Freelance basis! Are you a driven and meticulous professional who would like to start as a Junior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist? They have a challenging position available where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the secure and efficient management of digital identities and access rights. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in information security within a leading IT organization. Job description: As an IAM Specialist, you will work closely with experienced professionals to apply IAM processes. You will assist in designing and implementing solutions for the management of digital identities and access rights. Additionally, you will resolve incidents and contribute to process documentation. Do you want to:

Monitor and resolve IAM-related incidents promptly and accurately.
Meticulously create and manage user identities, ensuring all data is entered correctly.
Manage and monitor access rights and privileges on the Global Aviation IT systems and applications, according to defined roles and rights.
Review existing user identities and validate the necessity of their existence.
Deactivate unnecessary user identities.
Serve as a point of contact for all IAM-related inquiries.
Assist in implementing, documenting, and improving IAM processes and procedure

Profile

Do you have:

Attention to detail and a meticulous nature.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English and Dutch.
Good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently, proactively, and independently in a team environment.
Interest in information security and willingness to learn new skills.
A basic understanding of identity and access management concepts.
The added benefit of knowledge of IAM processes and tools like SailPoint.
