Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and ensure the perfect condition of our buildings through maintenance works and strong supplier relationships.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, enhancing relationships through regular visits and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and facility management companies.
• Handle lease compliance, warranties, insurance matters, and all content discussions with customers.
• Prepare short- and long-term operational and capital expenditure budgets.
• Optimize financial performance by managing operational expenses, strategic budgeting, and rent reviews.
• Identify and implement technical improvements and sustainability upgrades.
• Oversee renovation and maintenance works from tendering to completion.
• Ensure properties meet high sustainability standards (e.g., BREEAM, GRESB).
• Support acquisition and disposal activities in collaboration with the capital transactions team.
• Work closely with the legal team on lease agreements, disputes, and other legal matters.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage property-related financial topics.
